We deliver our goods nationwide
to your home address or direct to site.
South Coast Stonework Ltd uses a third party
haulage company. The stone you have purchased will be stacked carefully onto
pallets. We use polystyrene as padding and extra strong pallet wrap to ensure
the stones remain undamaged on their trip to you. The delivery lorry will lower
the pallet(s) to ground level using their tail lift when dropping off the stone
items. Before signing for a pallet please check for obvious signs of damage
(broken stone on pallet or rips in the pallet wrap). You will receive your invoice
via email or by post. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a damaged stone
and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Please note our Items are Hand-made and made to Order so a refund will NOT be given if the incorrect SIZE or Colour is ordered.
Any delivery dates given to you are estimates and are for guidance only. While we will make all reasonable efforts to meet any proposed delivery date, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and any failure to deliver on a specified day will not be a breach of contract by us and save as precluded by law we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising.
*Prior to Delivery we will notify you via email or call you to arrange a suitable delivery date (Usually 72hours before).
Once this has been arranged you will receive a confirmation email prior to dispatch which will include Your Dispatch Date, Delivery Date and Contact number for the Haulage Company*
